An Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate Livy holds a Master of Arts Degree in Ministerial Leadership. Undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University, and an Associates of Science Degree in Radiological Technology from Williamsport Area Community College. (Nationally Licensed and Registered in Radiology and Mammography (A.R.R.T.,R.,M.). Ministry certifications include Certified Lay Speaker, Stephen Minister, Stephen Ministry Leader, 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education, Emmaus Walk, completion of License to Preach School for Local Pastors and service in the NIC as a Licensed Local Pastor from 2002-2007. Since April 1998, Livy has been involved in servant leadership at St. Luke's as prayer minister, bible study group leader and visitation minister to nursing home parishioners and homebound residents. She has been active in prayer ministry since 1979 with experience in leading Prayer Seminars, Prayer Evangelism Workshops and holding office for 5 years (1995-2000) as The Lydia Fellowship International Indiana State Prayer Coordinator. PRAYER MINISTRIES AT ST. LUKE'S St. Luke's Prayer Ministry was formally established in 1996 with just six willing servants. Today the ministry expands beyond the church walls with a growing number of dedicated individuals (62+ ) on bended knee interceding for others. "Jesus is Lord." Daily and weekly prayer concerns are distributed by email, phone, and mail to prayer team members. As a team, we are always learning to pray in faith the Lord's word over each prayer concern!"
