Pastor John's ministry philosphy:
·We are multi-dimensional persons (physical, intellectual, emotional, social, sexual and spiritual beings), and have various needs under these categories.
·If the church can meet people at their level of need, we can build bridges into their lives and earn the right to share about our greatest need - a saving relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
·Every believer has a gift, or a gift-mix, given by the Holy Spirit for ministry in the church and in the world. When believers discover and develop their gift for ministry, the church (with all its diversity) can work together in wholeness and unity to make disciples for our Lord Jesus Christ.
